MOVE TODAY

Move Today is a 45-60 minute Non-Aerobic Exercise class for adults

55 years and older. Classes need to be held with two (2) Volunteer Leaders

for each class. *The program utilizes resistance bands and is designed to:

  • IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY
  • IMPROVE BALANCE
  • INCREASE STAMINA
  • INCREASE MUSCLE STRENGTH
  • IMPROVE POSTURE
  • IMPROVE BODY MECHANICS

* Please Note:We do not supply the resistance bands, please bring

your own.

YOU MUST BE 55+ YEARS OLD TO TAKE THE CLASS!

We are currently taking names for a waiting list for our next class that will not be scheduled until we have 20 people interested in participating.

  • You must contact us to register for the training by 2/14/20 email amccrate@ocbss.nj.us for the form.
  • This is a volunteer effort so we are looking for volunteers willing to take this training in order to lead local classes.
