Odyssey of the Mind is a thrilling creative problem-solving competition for K-12 students across the country and around the world. Each year, our Odyssey of the Mind teams depend on the support of community volunteers to serve as coaches, event staff and competition judges.
For the Connecticut State Tournament, each of our 20 teams must recruit one judge and one event volunteer. The judge must commit to one half-day training (March 7) and one full-day event (March 21) in New Haven. The event volunteer must be present for 4 hours in New Haven on March 21. No training is necessary for the event volunteer.
Names of judges and event volunteers for the State Competition must be submitted to officials by the end of January 2020. To learn more about Odyssey of the Mind, please visit www.ctom.org.
