WGIRLS INC is a diverse national network of accomplished professional women who share a desire to strengthen their communities via the support and empowerment of women and children. Through volunteerism and fundraising initiatives WGIRLS creates reverberating change in the lives and communities it serves.

WGIRLS is seeking a dynamic philanthropy/fundraising chairwoman to help meet and exceed growth goals for the organization

The right woman for this role is a solid mix of organizational/operational skills mixed with a positive, outgoing, and inclusive spirit. A background in sales, sales management and/or fundraising is ideal. Event planning experience is a plus!

Lead the chapter in setting and achieving fundraising goals
Develop relationships with nonprofits that have a need/opportunity for the chapter to meet
Serve as the liaison between the chapter and all nonprofit partner organizations
Manage all communication with nonprofit partners that revolve around fundraisers, including
Oversee/Lead committees and project manage chapter fundraise

Board positions require on average 2-5 hours of work per week.
