We are currently looking for volunteers who are interested in marketing, content creation, and design! This position will mainly entail creating content for The Urban Garden Initiative Instagram Page as well as occasional posts for Facebook and LinkedIn.

Mission Statement
The Urban Garden Initiative is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to inspire and empower youth to achieve urban sustainability through a gardening-based program.
Description
We are an environmental nonprofit that aims to increase the environmental and sustainability education that youth are currently receiving. We have launched our workshop and program series at around 10+ schools and community centers currently, and are looking to expand our program to other cities and more youth. During these workshops we cover a variety of environmental and gardening topics ranging from climate change to food sustainability. We also help these schools and students to start a container garden as an easy and tangible way to grow their own food.
