ORGANIZATION: Global Hope Network International

The Blog Editor Volunteer will be a member of the Communications Team, working specifically with the Field Reports Team. The role includes the following assignments:

  • Receiving monthly updates from our projects around the globe
  • Editing content and grammar to reflect the voice of GHNI
  • Preserving the integrity of the report
  • Selecting best photos to feature

The Editors play a key role as gatekeepers, protecting identities of those we serve in secure locations before we publish blogs, e-mail updates, and other publications.

Skills necessary:

  • Strong use of the English language
  • Experience in editing
  • Interest in global issues and humanitarian aid
  • Desire to make a difference through great communication

Finally, we help equip national leaders in developing nations with ways to support transformation at home through our programs of Transformational Leadership Development and our Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy.
