The Events Coordinator provides logistical support for chapter workshops including location, refreshments (if meeting is in-person), technology (Zoom setup) registration, introductions, and evaluation forms. This work may be done primarily from home. In 2020 and into 2021 all our workshops will be virtual through Zoom. Once we can return to meeting in person, they will be held at Kaplan Real Estate Education. The Events Coordinator (or an approved alternate) must attend all workshops (approximately 11 per year). Periodic planning meetings with the Workshop Chair or other chapter members may be required. This position reports to the Workshop Chair. Other related duties may be assigned.

Career Enhancement: This position will help develop your business, computer and networking skills to make you more marketable for a career in event planning, marketing or business. You can expect to expand your business network as you meet local experts in finance, accounting, insurance, entrepreneurship, and other fields related to small business.
