We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with our Great Strides walks the weekend of Saturday, May 16th and Sunday the 17th, 2020.
Our Buffalo Great Strides 2020 is our new signature event that will take place in the quaint Village of Williamsville, NY. Great location and is a beautiful walkable business district and social gathering place.
WE would love to have volunteers engage walkers and cheer them on throughout the route. There are also opportunities to help serve food, refreshments, help with set up, clean up, assisting walkers with getting their t-shirts, registration, etc.
2020 will be an exciting year for Cystic Fibrosis Foundations, Families, Volunteers, Sponsors and Donors.
Not only are we coming upon our 65 th Anniversary, but the future of CF has never looked brighter!
Recently, the FDA approved TRIKAFTA, a new, highly effective therapy that treats the underlying cause of CF and could eventually benefit around 90 percent of people with the disease, improving lung capacity.

The CF Foundation is the world's leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, and nearly every CF-specific drug available today was made possible with our financial support. The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is fueled by a dedicated group of scientists, caregivers, donors, volunteers, and people with CF and their families who are united by a common goal: to find a cure for this devastating disease and help those with CF live longer, healthier lives.
Through dramatic improvements in treatment and care, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is adding tomorrows for people with the disease.
