Mission Statement
It’s not surprising that hospice volunteers consistently describe their experiences as personally rewarding and fulfilling. Helping others as they near the end of their lives is a profoundly moving experience. Spend some time with a hospice patient and create a special space for them-- reading, reviewing life histories, writing a letter to a loved one for them, or just telling stories about the one that got away. As a hospice volunteer you are specially trained to support the patient and family in a variety of ways. For more information on how you can make a difference in the life of a hospice patient, call or email : Heather Bronson Volunteer Coordinator Brookdale Hospice hbronson@brookdale.com (503) 568-2603
