Looking for a passionate, motivated volunteer interested in helping to coordinate and manage low cost and free STEM camps for kids! This role would include a variety of coordination between interested volunteer instructors and our camp partners. Depending on your interest, this role could also include the opportunity to do hands-on learning/creating in robotics, 3D printing, and a variety of other STEM areas! This position will include working closely with the members of the local and national organization to execute world class camp programming! This is a great way to give back to the community while growing and exercising skills in program/project management, community outreach and if interested, a variety of STEM topics!!

A little about SYSTEM Coalition: we started 5 years ago in my kitchen in Tucson, AZ. 6 exceptionally talented and motivated people who wanted to give back to the community by helping k-12 students find a passion for STEM. We saw all of the poverty in our city and realized if just one of those kids from that community was able to get a great paying job in STEM, they could not only help themselves but also help their whole family break the cycle of poverty! Now the organization has over 100 volunteers, chapters in 3 different cities and growing! More than anything, being a part of this amazing organization has showed me that you really CAN change the world, one step at a time!
