Junior Achievement of Sacramento is proud to present our 4th annual Stock Market Challenge held at The Center at 2300 in Sacramento!
Morning Student Stock Market Challenge Event:
March 19, 8 am - 2 pm
The Stock Market Challenge Student Event simulates a 60-day cycle of the stock market and its function of buying, selling, analysis and risk. Each day brings news from the financial markets challenging teams to analyze and decide what actions they should take. 500 students will be competing to see which team of 5 students can create the largest portfolio at the end of a 60 day trading period.
Various volunteer roles are available for the shift of 8 am - 2 pm. Roles include:
Floor Traders & Spotters
Students Greeters
Refreshments/Lunch Help
Setup and Cleanup Help
Evening Stock Market Challenge Event:
5 pm - 9 pm
This unique and dynamic event that brings together professionals from generous companies throughout the Sacramento region for a night of food, drink, fun and friendly competition while supporting youth education in our community. Increase your company's visibility and network with other top companies as you share in the excitement of this one-of-a-kind fundraising evening.
