Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network

We are looking for a qualified and experienced part-time office Administrative Assistant to provide support with the launch and the development of a new faith-based initiative for women entrepreneurs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior office related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good research skills and attention to details.
Please note that this is a part-time position offering 10 hours per week, with opportunity for hours to increase. Flexible schedule.

General duties:

-Provide general administrative and clerical supporting.
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of client and internal documents.
-Perform data entry and scan documents.
-Manage program calendars.
-Develop relationship with community organizations.
-Periodically prepares reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or funding sources.
-Assists with evaluating program effectiveness to develop improved methods; analyzes results and implements.
