Hearts and Minds is currently seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence. Your role is to ensure brand consistency, posting frequency and overall marketing management across social media channels to ultimately increase traffic and engagement.
Develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more followers and promote our organization
Create engaging text, image and video content
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Facilitate online conversations with followers and respond to queries
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Oversee social media accounts’ layout
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, for example promotions and competitions
Expertise in multiple social media platforms
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

Hearts and MindsSM works to help end extreme global poverty more quickly and cost effectively with programs that get to the roots of this major challenge. We accomplish this through public education, advocacy and lobbying for foreign aid and foreign policy reforms in the United States and eventually in other wealthy nations.
For many years, we provided tens of millions of people with inspiration and information to make a difference on major challenges including poverty, the environment, human rights, addictions, psychological and physical challenges. We’ve provided over 600 individuals with hands-on vocational experience.
Our focus now is helping end extreme global poverty. We’re revamping our website for this major expansion of our work.
