During the JA You’re Hired Challenge, hundreds of high school students from around Southern Arizona will have the opportunity to practice essential business skills including networking, interviewing, problem solving and critical thinking while practicing team work during our interactive events.
You along with our other community volunteers provide mentorship and act as professional role models encouraging students during a variety of fun and exciting, fast paced challenge event. Volunteers receive a brief orientation before their event, along with all materials and scoring rubrics.
This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in these students' lives, and gives you the opportunity to further develop your professional business and networking skills while interacting with other professionals from our local business community.
Help us inspire our next generation to succeed!
