This is a fast paced position within the Medical Center's Voluntary and Community Resource Service office. Duties include meeting and greeting visitors to the office, copying, scanning, filing, answering the phones, entering data into spreadsheets, accepting and recording donations and various other special projects as assigned by the Director, Specialists and Voluntary Service Assistants.
We are looking for individuals who have good communication skills with the ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds, a basic knowledge of computer software and who like to stay busy!
With current safety policies and procedures during the COVID pandemic, all who enter the facility are required to wear a face mask.
Current open opportunities are:
Mondays through Thursdays 8:00am-12:00noon
Mondays through Thursdays 12:00noon-4:00pm
Friday afternoons 12:00noon-4:00pm

Comprehensive health care is provided through primary care, tertiary care and long-term care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics and extended care. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System provides for the health care needs of Veterans in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
