Brains are under attack in Cedar City; it's Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia!
Help create programs and services in the Cedar City area (Iron and Beaver Counties) that will help people affected (individuals, families, caregivers) by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia so they don't feel so helpless.
I'm looking for up to six people for this work. We'll train you and give you access to a wealth of materials and information so you can make a difference in the lives of people in and around Iron County, Utah.
The need is great. 5.7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and 16 million Americans provide care for people with Alzheimer's. It is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States, and 4th leading cause of death in Utah.
Iron County has a high percent of adults over the age of 65 so the need is great.
Join us in the work to end Alzheimer's. YOU will make a difference.
