ORGANIZATION: PROJECT HOPE COMMUNITY

The volunteers will assist students with math and reading using Khan Academy and other academic materials at each Saturday 2hour session. The tutors may assist students during the academic year if students are needing more assistance and the consent of the parent(s) Due to the pandemic, the tutoring will be virtual. The start date will be 7/18/20
Computer skills are required.
Middle school, High school and college students seeking volunteer hours are strongly encouraged to apply.
A background check will be conducted.

We are a 501c3 organization established in 2019 with the following strategies to serve the community:
Enrich children’s lives by developing their reading, math, science, character building, and social skills through the Summer Enrichment Program. Collaborate with health care agencies in the community to promote health and wellness education and outreach in the community. Assist families with children in the under-served population who need resources by providing school supplies, food and clothes. Develop computer literacy skills among the under-served youth population in the community.
