This is a virtual opportunity. Open Arms is recruiting national and international youth volunteers for Youth Against Child Hunger project! Our youth are having to dealing with hunger at an alarming rate around the world. We are creating a movement where young people can have a voice to help other young people and their families. We accomplish this enormous task by helping with things like can food drives for local food pantries; recruiting other youth volunteers at their school; teaching other kids how to give back even learning how to grow their own food. This program is a great for kids who care about the world they live in and want to help in the simplest ways. This group will meet once a month with other youth to develop a youth initiative. You may be asked to participate in helping with other projects as it pertains to the Youth Against Child hunger project.
PS. Looks really great on a college or job application as well.

We provide cutting edge outreach programs to encourage Food insecure families, unemployed and the homeless.. Our programs help food insecure families find non-perishable food to help stretch their rescue till the end of the month, single parents with job training resources such as testingand certification for employment, spiritual care and encouragment Also, warm blankets/socks for the homeless.
