During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Business Volunteers for the Arts (BVA) is a program of the Arts & Business Council of Chicago, and offers a unique link between volunteers with business expertise and Chicago's nonprofit arts organizations via carefully matched pro-bono consulting projects or one-on-one consulting opportunities.
New BVA consultants are required to attend an orientation before their first project to help translate their for-profit work experience to the nonprofit arts community. BVA consultants choose when to join a project based on their schedule.
Project areas include: business planning, communications planning, financial planning, HR, marketing/branding, market research, operational analyses, retreat facilitations, and strategic planning...
If you're ready to get more involved in the arts and would like to apply your business skills as a pro-bono consultant for the Arts & Business Council, contact Noemi Garcia at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out an application here: http://fs11.formsite.com/artsbiz1200/BVAVolunteerAppForm/index.html.
