On the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month, we are lucky enough to receive beautiful bouquets from our friends at The Petal Connection! We are looking for kind individuals who love people, flowers, and don't mind driving to pick up these flowers from our office and deliver them to our patients in the area.

Hospice is a special healthcare option for patients and families who are faced with a terminal illness. A multi-disciplinary team of physician, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, bereavement counselors and volunteers works together to address the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient and family. The hospice team provides care to patients in their own home.
