We have a range of volunteer opportunities such as but not limited to: (We welcome anyone with any special talents, knowledge, education, licenses to apply. We also welcome PET THERAPY dogs!)
Administrative Volunteers
Provides administrative/clerical support including answering phones, mailings, filing etc.
Bereavement Volunteers
Provide bereavement support to families through tasks such as phone calls, mailings and visits.
Visitor Volunteers
Make visits to patients on hospice care in homes or health care facilities. They provide companionship and support to he patient and their families.
Tuck in Volunteers
Check in weekly with patients and their families to assess their needs. (These check ins can be done through phone and email from your home.)
Respite and Support VolunteersVolunteers can assist with shopping or light household maintenance or allow family caregivers the opportunity to take care of necessary errands, exercise, help with family pet or simply have some time alone.

Description
We advocate for the rights of terminally ill patients and their families, because of that we recognize the importance of providing comfort and hope to patients and their families on their sacred journey by affirming their dignity and honoring their wishes. We believe in a holistic approach to care by serving the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of the client and their family members and our primary goal is to relieve suffering in all of these areas. We pride ourselves with the special services we offer.

- We do not ask for a specific volunteer schedule, there are no minimum hours required from our volunteers. We ask that you are available at least one day a month (of your choosing) for at least an hour.
