Make a Difference this Holiday Season. Pledge to Volunteer In Your Community
Beginning March 13th, Publix Supermarkets is partnering with Southeastern Food Bank for the 28th year to help provide meals to over 1,000 families in the Central Florida area.
Come join the fun and help hungry neighbors, sorting and packing food for the needy of Central Florida. Fun for all ages. On Friday, March 13th, hundreds of volunteers from all over the area will pack into Ocoee High School to give their time helping those in need. During this time over 70,000 pounds of food will have to be sorted and packed into boxes going out the following day. Whether you come for a few hours or stay the whole time, we need your help. Saturday, March, 14th volunteer drivers will help deliver food to those most in need. We welcome your help and look forward to seeing you at Ocoee High School this year. Description
Southeastern Food Bank serves as a food distribution center in the communities of Central Florida. We provide ongoing support to families in need throughout Central Florida in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Sumter Counties, which results in food distribution and spiritual counseling six days per week.
