Now recruiting and training volunteers for ushers, guides, ticket scanners; working coat check, gift shop or hearing assist; and serving refreshments! Description

The Velma Morrison Center for the Performing Arts is Idaho’s premier performing arts center. Nestled on the banks of the Boise River with a panoramic view of the city, parks and foothills, the Center’s 10-story stage house is located on the campus of Boise State University and has a seating capacity of 2,037.

  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Volunteers are asked to work at least 6 shows per year and pay annual dues.
  • The ability to stand for at least 2 hours; climb stairs; evacuate patrons in emergencies. If working with refreshments you may need to do some lifting.
