Running out of resources for a 55 year old Executive Director of speciality Food/Health charity that does outreach to improve public health. Project has been primarily through free social media blogs, website and video infotainment on Youtube and is highly dependant on iMac desktop that was destroyed through unfortunate circumstances.
To summarize-
- Los Angeles based Director was traveling alone and staying at Circus Circus Hotel for the purpose of shooting Las Vegas footage for media project and also to procure showgirl costumes for upcoming projects.
- Hotel management/security called Las Vegas Metro Police under false pretenses when he attempted to check out of hotel and had him arrested under false Trespass charges.
- A 55 year old with Diabetes and High Blood Pressure, handcuffs were applied so tightly to prevent blood flow that Director lost consciousness for hours.
- Director was held in police custody for three days. During which time hotel staff impounded his 2017 Infiniti vehicle for $500, removed approximately $300 worth of cash and valuables from his hotel room and inexplicably destroyed the screen of a new iMac 27 inch Desktop Computer with Retina.
- Trespass Case is set for Trial on December 19th, 2019 at 7:30am. No Civil charges have been filed.

The NonProfit BBQ RESCUES! Foundation, Inc. will support the ongoing Public Media endeavors of BBQ RESCUES! a free website, online Radio Show, iTunes Podcasts and Youtube Channel that promotes Healthier Grilling, Fitness, Environmental Issues and other important Charitable Causes. The Organization plans to release Recipes to promote Conscious and Mindful eating in both underserved Urban and Rural Communities. We offer Free Online Information via Social Media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Linked In etc... Also plan to partner with other Socially Conscious Businesses or Organizations to produce affordable Recipe Cookbooks, Pamphlets and/or other helpful and affordable Supplements. In addition to Youtube Videos, we plan to use footage already filmed from Greece, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Texas and Southern California to produce Informative and Entertaining Independent Film Project(s) reflecting the Educational goals of the Organization. We also plan to Tour Communities across the Country to present Lectures and Workshops on Healthy Grilling. These all further the goal of outreach to parts of BBQ Community that are most affected by Diabetes, Childhood (and Adult) Obesity, High Blood Pressure and other preventable diseases.
