We are looking for a Volunteer to coordinate all the Meetup events sponsored by WebServes
Skills Requirement:
Event Planning
Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
Team Player
Basic Knowledge of Meetup Platform/Eventbrite
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for all the activities related to the meetup events
- Brainstorm topics internally and build a pipeline of event themes
- Solicit speakers for the events and partner to deliver event requirements
- Follow up on the Meetup platform to ensure members attendance
- Design marketing communication to be promoted on Meetup and WebServes’ social media pages
