Volunteer today with Special Olympics Washington at our 2020 Eastern Washington Ski and Snowboard Regionals! This event will take place January 26th at Mt. Spokane. Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles both on the mountain (timers, gate judges, etc.) and at the base (awards helpers, lunch distribution, etc.). Volunteers will receive lift tickets for the event and must have their own equipment or factor in time to rent from the resort.

Description

Special Olympics Washington provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with mental retardation or a closely related developmental disability, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
