Job Description: Write and coordinate volunteer job descriptions for the Doing Good Human Resources Committee. Its primary activity is volunteer recruitment.

Time Involved: 4-5 hours/month including the 1-hour monthly committee meeting held via Zoom.

Activities

  • Partner with the Executive Director, Human Resources Assistant Director and Human Resources Committee Members to understand current and upcoming volunteer needs.
  • Write or update volunteer and internship job descriptions and distribute them to the Human Resources Committee Members as appropriate.
  • Partner with other Doing Good committees and volunteers to promote opportunities such as the Social Media Committee and Newsletter Coordinator.
  • Participate in the monthly committee meeting held via Zoom.
  • Use Google Drive and Trello.
