NEEDED ASAP: volunteers to help us community events in 2020

We are seeking for reliable and dependable volunteers to help at our upcoming events in early 2020.
2 dates: January 11 and February 1 both are on Saturdays, 2 locations: Burbank, and Santa Clarita.
This one is on Saturday, February 1. There are 2 sessions to choose, or you may help the entire event.
1st session: 1pm | Set up: 12noon
2nd session: 3pm | Set up: 2:30pm

We need approximately total of 11 volunteers (more is better) for the following tasks:
1. set up / take down
2. sign in guests
3. runner during event, ie. holding mics
4. if you are comfortable taking pictures during event, let us know! thanks.

No lifting heavy objects, set up and take down, only small tasks.
Small snacks and beverages are included.

Next event: Saturday, February 1 in Santa Clarita
2 sessions: you may stay the entire event or choose session you are available.
1st session: Set up: 12noon to 2:30pm
2nd session: Set up: 2:30pm to 4:30pm
