Under the direction of Recreation & Parks in partnership with Chill, Chill Snowboard Program
Mentors ensure students success at learning to snowboard at Bolton Mountain. Mentors will
monitor youth on the bus, help youth get geared up for lessons, and snowboard with youth on the
mountain. Snowboarding at Bolton and borrowing adult-size equipment is of no cost to the
volunteers during the Chill program. The program will run every Tuesday over six weeks from 3 PM 9 PM. The bus leaves from Chill HQ Gear Space (266 Queen City Park Rd., Burlington VT, 05401).

Mentors must attend the Program Mentor Orientation:
Bolton Valley, Wed. December 18, 2019 (make-up date January 8th) 5:30 - 8 PM.
If you can’t attend the on snow date: Chill Offices Thur. December 19, 2019 at 5:30 - 7 PM.

Description

The Community Services Department oversees the Parks and Rec Department, The Winooski Senior Center, the Winooski Memorial Library, Thrive Afterschool Programming, The O'Brien Community Center, and the Winooski Community Gardens.
