Join us Saturday, January 11th & 18th for some winter fruit tree pruning workshops and work parties in the beautiful Foley Community Orchard! Each event will consist of a run-down on winter fruit tree pruning: how to make the best cuts to maximize overall tree health, improve fruit production, and minimize disease, followed by a couple hours of putting these skills to work helping restore the 40+ year old Bartlett pear orchard. All events are family friendly and free of charge to attend, though donations are gladly accepted. Tools, training, and gloves provided.
*Please RSVP to this event if you plan on attending so we know how many tools to provide*
WHAT TO BRING:
-Your own pruning tools and/or gloves, if you have some you prefer

-Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, or provide signed youth waivers for Clark
