Our Boutique Associate is responsible for opening, running, and closing the boutique on scheduled days. Money handling or retail experience is not necessary, however it is encouraged. An associate must warmly greet and educate customers that come into Dress for Success Albuquerque about donating, volunteering, obtaining services, and more. A friendly demeanor is a must in this role. A Boutique Associate will also help with boutique maintenance. This maintenance includes assimilating items into the boutique, housekeeping, and ensuring that the appearance of our boutique is at the level of well-kept department store. This role is instrumental to the program as we continue to grow as an affiliate and open the boutique for longer hours or more days. You will have the opportunity to grow with us! As of now we are open on Wednesdays and Fridays between 2:00pm and 6:00pm, and Mondays and Saturdays between 11:00am and 6:00pm. We are flexible to create a schedule that works for everyone involved! So whether you're able to commit one day a month or multiple a week, together we will create the perfect fit.

Becoming a Boutique Associate is a flexible and fun way to give back to your community. We strive to promote an environment of support and confidence for our clients and customers; we want you to be a part of creating that environment!

NOTE: due to the Corona Virus outbreak we are currently requiring masks be worn in the boutique at all times. Boutique Associate is responsible for frequent sanitization of boutique as well as enforcing mask policy and social distancing.
