9Health Fair is a vital resource for so many Coloradans seeking to better understand and own their health. As the largest volunteer-driven, non-profit health and education program in the nation, we empower communities to provide life-saving, early detection and prevention screenings, which help all families, no matter their insurance status, stay healthy.

That’s where you come in!

Our Fort Collins health fair site needs a passionate and detail-oriented Co-Site Coordinator to assist with leading the team in the planning and execution of their annual community fair. This position is instrumental to the success of each fair and helps orchestrate every aspect, from medical to non-medical. This is a great opportunity to give back your time, gain some great experience and have fun while you do it!

  • Detail-oriented
  • Thrives working with a team

Time Commitment & Logistics:

  • 1-5 hours per week
  • Ability to work remotely during planning phases
  • Must be available for trainings, team meetings and day of the fair in April/May.

Mission Statement

9Health Fair advances health awareness, providing people with the tools they need to take responsibility for their own health.


The 9Health Fair is Colorado's largest community event. The 9Health Fair provides low cost blood chemistry testing and free health screenings to over 85,000 participants annually. Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed to assist at various 9Health Fair sites in April, May, September, October and early November. In addition, several leadership opportunities exist for volunteers who would like to assist in managing or planning a health fair site. 9Health Fair also needs volunteers to work in its office throughout the year.
