Are you a seasoned or aspiring event planner? Do you want to help your community live healthier?
9Health Fair is a vital resource for so many Coloradans seeking to better understand and own their health. As the largest volunteer-driven, non-profit health and education program in the nation, we empower communities to provide life-saving, early detection and prevention screenings, which help all families, no matter their insurance status, stay healthy.
That’s where you come in!
Our Fort Collins health fair site needs a passionate and detail-oriented Co-Site Coordinator to assist with leading the team in the planning and execution of their annual community fair. This position is instrumental to the success of each fair and helps orchestrate every aspect, from medical to non-medical. This is a great opportunity to give back your time, gain some great experience and have fun while you do it!

- Thrives working with a team
Time Commitment & Logistics:
- 1-5 hours per week
- Ability to work remotely during planning phases
- Must be available for trainings, team meetings and day of the fair in April/May.

Description
9Health:365 works to provide Coloradans with the support and preventive health tools they need to live their healthiest lives 365 days a year! Formerly 9Health Fair, we have worked with the community for over 40 years running local health fairs, which provide low-cost blood screenings and free health assessments. We have now expanded our services to include online screenings, telehealth, and supporting the state of Colorado's quest for equitable distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines.
Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed to assist at various 9Health:365 events. In addition, several leadership opportunities exist for volunteers who would like to assist in managing or planning a health fair site. 9Health:365 also needs volunteers to work in its office throughout the year.
