Sewing Projects for Hospice Patients

Advocate Hospice

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 1 person is interested

We are seeking kind volunteers to sew and assemble "fidget aprons" for our patients who need something to occupy their hands. Please look online for the various opportunities you can design these aprons! Advocate supplies the material, pattern and will chose the items to attach. Please have them assembled in a smoke free environment. Consider this project that can be a great benefit to those patients in their "end of life" journey!
We are also needing simple adult aprons and bibs made for meal time.

Items are made at your home/location and then can be dropped off at one of our Hospice locations-
Des Plaines or Lake Zurich.
