ORGANIZATION: Sunrise Senior Living of Abington

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 8 people are interested

For each resident that moves in, we create a personalized shadow box (a picture frame with images/items placed inside) to put outside their door. This is an important part of making residents feel at home.

We are looking for several volunteers who can come in to interview new residents and then use the information they gather to create beautiful and meaningful shadow boxes. We are flexible on availability, as long as you can come in regularly (or semi-regularly) for a 2+ hour shift sometime between 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday.

This is a great opportunity for scrapbookers or artistic folks!
