Noah’s Little Ark camps provide children ages 6 through 12 a getaway to be among animals and nature. We are currently seeking mature and creative individuals to fill our camp counselor positions for the winter holiday season. As a camp counselor, you will assist campers in recreational activities such as nature walks, animal interaction, arts and crafts, as well as meals, or personal care, and helping manage difficult behaviors.
Requirements:
A person of faith.
Love of children, animals and nature.
Must be at least 18 years old. (15 years old with parental approval)
Pass a background check with DCF. (We pay for BG check)
Pass CPR and First Aid for certificate. (We pay for certificate)
High school diploma or general education degree. (Or currently enrolled in school)
Related experience or training.
Great communication skills.
Love of children, animals and nature.
Compassion and creativity.
Ability to work as a member of a team.

God has given hands to humans, to help or hurt, to lift or drop, to build or ruin, all by a simple choice. We choose to help, to lift and to build. What we are not, are activists, pessimists or critics. What we are, are actionists, optimists and advocates.
All of us can become a part of the half that leads, the half that interacts and the half that is part of the solution, until we become the whole.
