We need volunteers to help us sort and organize clothing donations. Having an organized donation room directly helps the men, women, and families staying at the Westside Emergency Housing Center with receiving the clean clothing they need.

Description
We are an Albuquerque based 501c3 non-profit organization, established in 2004. Heading Home is the backbone agency for ABQ Heading Home, a community wide initiative that aims to end chronic homelessness in Albuquerque. Along with our community partners in the for-profit, non-profit, private, public, and political sectors, we are providing permanent, supportive housing solutions to people who are medically vulnerable and are experiencing chronic homelessness. The ABQ Heading Home initiative has housed over 800 individuals since it began in 2011. Head Home also provides emergency shelter each night for 88 adult men experiencing homelessness through the Albuquerque Opportunity Center (AOC).
