CHE’s services are accessible to all community members-in-need, however, the nonprofit targets its outreach to populations who frequently have less access to sexual health resources and are at high risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections, particularly HIV. Priority populations include African-American and Latino Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), women of color (African-American women, in particular), transgender individuals, youth ages 18 to 24, and injecting drug users.
