Muddy Princess is a 5km outdoor obstacle mud run for WOMEN ONLY with an emphasis on having a 'girls dirty day out' in the mud. We aim to inspire women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to move their bodies, get dirty and have a great day out with friends.
Volunteers will help with various tasks, such as checking in participants, passing out swag, handing out water, cheering on participants at obstacles, and much more!

- What do volunteers do?
Volunteers will help with various tasks, such as checking in participants, passing out swag, handing out water on the course, cheering on participants, helping at the obstacles and much more!
- How can I help out before the event?
We can use as many helping hands as possible, so please invite your friends and family members to volunteer alongside you and join in on the mud run fun!
- Can I volunteer AND run for free?
Yes, you can! If you help out you can either run on the same day or get a ticket for the next event in your region.
