Volunteers will be given the opportunity to work in many different capacities to meet their individual interests and experience. We have direct practice opportunities where volunteers can work with clients as well as giving development options. Whatever your skillset, there is a place for you at Tyler Street CSO. Our client-facing positions provide the opportunity to observe social work sessions as well as practice writing service plans. Micro options include identifying new community partner opportunities and/or recruiting new donors.

Description
Tyler Street CSO provides critical needs items such as clothing, food, and hygiene items to the low-income and homeless residents of Oak Cliff. We serve as a positive relationship between disadvantaged populations and the social service sector. The CSO strives to support our clients as well as the area churches and schools. We provide mentorship and needed resources to individuals so they can rise above poverty.
