The Brightline Railway Polar Express Assistants will engage railway participants in holiday craft activities at the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Railway station. One to two volunteers needed per shift.

This is a temporary volunteer assignment. Assistants are requested for Saturdays and/or Sundays from Dec. 14th through Dec. 29th.

Cheerful personality; flexibility; good with children and families; good with crowds; enjoys holiday craft activities.

Ability to read and write English; multi-lingual a plus.

Candidates are interviewed PRIOR to assignment. Minors are required to complete an off-site form.

*No court-ordered community service applicants, please. Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. or Canadian background check.

This position is NOT located at the Museum of Discovery and Science, however candidates will be interviewed at the museum.

Location is the Brightline Railway station located at 101 NW 2nd Ave., Fort Lauderdale. Limited parking passes may be arrange during interview.

* 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or
* 2:30 to 8:00 p.m. (adults only)
* NO MINORS AFTER 5:00
