KEEP IT MOVINGDREAM TEAM to assist with public policy, community outreach projects, healthcare, youth initiatives, economic development, social justice, agricultural, environmental, global and other special projects that equip, empower and expose them to opportunities and create models for sustainable change.

Our goal is to offer selected KIM DREAM TEAM candidates the opportunity to gain insight into the new, dynamic and changing world of non-transitional employment and prepare them for their next step in life. The program's goal is to encourage and exposure others to pursue traditional and non-traditional careers, while providing a meaningful learning opportunity. Interns may have the opportunity to network and be coached by others.

  • Placement on creative, high energy, fast-paced projects provides ipractical and professional work experience.
  • Opportunity to work with Key Stakeholders in Community, Non-Profit, Faith Based, Social Services, Healthcare, Education, State Agency, Federal and State Legislators, Finance and Administrative Services, Environmental Protection, Transit, Agriculture, Restaurants and much more!
  • Learn the business of a designated agency through assistance with daily operational tasks and assignments/projects.
  • Integrate expertise or strong desire to learn in a political, agricultural. community and healthcare environment.
  • Opportunity to work on non-traditional projects.
  • Ideal for experienced professional desiring to make a career shift.
  • College Interns may have the potential to receive academic credit based upon the school's internship requirements. Minimum duration of assignment is equivalent to one semester or 3- 4 months (spring/winter, summer or fall). College interns will work a maximum of 10-20 hours per week. College interns must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year regionally-accredited college or university, or a accredited vocational/technical school and remain an active student throughout the internship period. College interns must possess an overall grade point average of 2.5 or above.
