Join our team to help us save more lives! The Corporate Engagement Program Manager (PM) will craft and implement a corporate giving program that will financially support the mission of the Humane Society of Loudoun County (HSLC) and expand its reach, impact, and visibility. The HSLC board has identified this position as the highest priority to continue saving animals in 2022 and beyond.
The PM will create, grow, and manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular research on corporate prospects.
- Creating a case for support geared toward corporations and local businesses.
- Coordinating regular outreach to new prospects via mail, email, and phone.
- Assisting with the creation of corporate partnership materials, solicitations, and content / messages for various media forms.
- Providing monthly updates to the HSLC board.
- Once program is established, delegating appropriate responsibilities to interested volunteers. Train, supervise, and recognize volunteers involved in program.
- Essential impact in saving more animals
- Invitation to volunteer appreciation events
- Experience networking with corporations

Description
HSLC has been helping animals since our founding in 1966. HSLC has no paid staff nor a physical facility or shelter; all of our animals are in foster homes, display cages at local pet stores, or in temporary boarding until they are adopted into their furever homes.
Thanks to our volunteers and community support, HSLC helped thousands of animals in 2023:
- Nearly 200 cats and dogs fostered
- Over 200 community cats supported
- Nearly 6,000 animals fed via the Loudoun Pet Pantry
