Farms to Grow CSA Program

Join Farms to Grow, Inc on Saturday, Aug 14th 12, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm, and then every 2nd and 4th Saturday to assist with our CSA program. Pre-registered subscribers will pick-up their CSA bags of healthy produce grown by socially disadvantaged farmers at our Oakland distribution hub.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with packing the CSA bags, attendants, graphic artist, social media influencers, drivers to deliver contactless produce to subscribers at drop off locations and folks to assist with the back end database

I would love for you to be apart of the growing CSA Team.

We enforce safe distance, wearing mask, gloves and aprons while handling the produce. Subscribers are informed to wear a mask when picking up their CSA bag of produce.

FARMS TO GROW, INC is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to working with Black farmers and socially disadvantaged sustainable farmers around the country. Farms To Grow, Inc. is committed to sustainable farming and innovative agriculture practices which preserve the cultural and biological diversity, the agroecological balance of the local environment.

Farms To Grow, Inc. aims to increase the capacity of underserved farmers to keep their farm operations and establish farming as a viable career for future generations. Underserved farmers may include Native American, Hispanic, other minority groups, women, the physically challenged and limited access organic farmers.
