Community Veteran Justice Project (CVJP) Seeking Law Clerks to assist with project that provides support to justice involved veterans and their defense attorneys. CVJP’s primary mission is to assist veterans in receiving alternative sentencing rather than incarceration for some felonies and diversion for all misdemeanors, resulting in some cases being dismissed and records sealed. Flexible volunteer work shifts (SEE website WWW.CVJP.ORG for sites/days/hours of operation) and some work can be done remotely. Depending on amount of hours volunteering may be able to help with briefs/research etc as needed.
