The group is led by an experienced facilitator who needs one or two volunteers to support the kids and give them extra one-on-one attention. Volunteers help by encouraging and supporting children, giving them the opportunity to express themselves in a safe, familiar environment. Volunteers are asked to make a six-month commitment. Desired qualities include creativity, kindness, ability to listen, patience and ability to give unconditional support.
