The holidays are the most wonderful time of the year, a time of laughter, family, and friends. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays and forget that the holidays can be a difficult time for some, especially those nearing the end of life. Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to bring joy and some holiday cheer to those who may have none. Duties of a volunteers include visiting patients a couple times a month, sitting and talking with patients, and being the companion they may not have.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
