Professional Videographers & Video Editors Needed for YouTube for Rescue Dogs & Cats!!
6 people are interested
We're in need of volunteers who can help us with videography for dogs and cats we have for adoption! We have a few goals we'd like met:
1. Have some good video content (high quality) to post on social media and on our website periodically, and maybe video of our adoption events or volunteer events.
2. Take video of dogs / cats who are in great need of attention-maybe they've bene with us for a long time and posting videos will help them get more attention.
3. We want to start a YouTube channel! We have a small one already, but it's only for video clips of dogs/cats that are looking for homes. I want to make us a YouTube channel showcasing the work that we do - we periodically rescue strays from Mexico who come from terrible conditions. Taking video clips of them when they first come to us and comparing to after will help us get more exposure. We need video editors who can help make these videos look good and presentable, with our logo and everything at the beginning/end.
If you think you could contribute anything to these goals, please reach out! You can either reply to this post or email me directly at email@example.com ;
PLEASE INCLUDE: experience that you have, a website or portfolio or some sort of work, why you want to help, how much time you can dedicate (we are looking for fairly long term volunteers, but all are welcome to reach out; we need people who are proactive and creative) and what you'd like to do/what you think you can contribute.
About Volunteers in Defense of Animals
19142 E Walnut Dr N, Rowland Heights, CA 91748, US
Our mission is to protect and help dogs and cats from homelessness neglect, abuse, cruelty and abandonment. VIDA does not belong to any one person but instead to all of its volunteers. We adopt out about 4-5 dogs and cats each week and rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, low income neighborhoods, and even dogs from Mexico. We also have spay and neuter operations and have saved thousands of animals already.
Volunteers in Defense of Animals is a non-profit organization working to end the suffering and mistreatment of dogs and cats in Southern California. We bring spay and neuter services to areas where families cannot afford them; we facilitate the rescue, foster care, and adoption of animals whenever possible, and we offer education and support to those involved in the care of animals.
We have found forever homes for hundreds of dogs and cats, with around 4-5 new adoptions taking place each week. Many of our dogs come from local high-kill shelters before they are euthanized and on the streets of both the US and Mexico. We also have spay/neuter operations in low-income neighborhoods in the US and in Mexico and have spayed/neutered thousands of pets.
We'll work with your schedule.
