Calling all students! Looking for something to do this Christmas/ Winter break while earning some volunteer hours? Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers who are willing to sit with patients, read to them, watch TV, or just simply form a bond. Volunteers are a huge part of our patient care plan providing friendship, compassion, and a distraction for patients and families during their difficult time. Volunteering is not only beneficial to our patients but also for those pursuing a career in the nursing or medical field. Volunteering is a great way to boost resumes and college education applications. We will work around your schedule and place you with a patient close to your home, school, or work.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
