One Hope United needs volunteers to create a Golf Committee. It will be the committees responsibility to obtain sponsorships and silent auction packages for the golf outing. The day of the golf outing the committee along with other volunteers, will be responsible for facilitating the silent auction, 50/50 raffle, selling mulligans, life auction, paddle raise, check in and check out of golfers, etc. The committee will work directly with the Manager, Community Support. This will be our first year using a committee of volunteers to set up and run this event.
The Manager, Community Support will provide the list and contact information for the previous years sponsorship levels and sponsors. You will also be given an idea of silent auction items we need in order to create appealing packages.
We would meet once a month and have bi-weekly then weekly phone calls the closer it gets to the event.

- The time commitment for this golf committee will be from December 2019- September 15, 2020. If the committee does well we would like to keep it intact and start planning for 2021
- We are looking for individuals who have experience asking for sponsorships from large corporations. Experience in getting quality donations for silent auctions is also a plus. Please submit your volunteer resume to mmaddox@onehopeunited.org
