Santa Rita's Hospice serves our patients in assisted living and private homes. We are looking for people that have a heart to help to people, and their families, who are receiving end of life care. Volunteers may read to the patient, watch television, play games, play a stringed instrument or just be present with our patients. Compassionate volunteers are vital to the care we provide. Training and background check provided. Join us in making a difference!

Mission Statement

Santa Rita’s Hospice is centered around providing comprehensive and compassionate care at the end of life, which we believe is a fundamental part of living.

Description

Santa Rita’s Hospice is owned and operated by a local family, based in Denver, Colorado. The sibling-owners have spent the last decade serving the geriatric population of Colorado and understands its residents’ unique needs. During that time, they noticed a lack of compassionate hospice providers in our community. Since then, they have built a team of healthcare professionals that treat their patients with the same respect and dignity they show their own families.
Santa Rita is authorized and licensed under the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Medicare and Medicaid certified, and plans to exceed the Joint Commission Standards for Health Care Organizations (JCHO).
