Ascension At Home Hospice is currently looking for volunteers and their certified therapy dogs to donate their time to offer companionship to our patients and their families. Therapy dogs bring a special joy to our patients, and offer stress relief to both the patient and their families. Description
Hospice care allows terminally ill patients and their families to remain together in the comfort and dignity of their own home. The hospice team of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, clergy and volunteers are dedicated to providing compassionate medical and emotional care.
